Meringoff Family Foundation

Mr. Meringoff is a founder and managing partner of Himmel & Meringoff, which owns and operates about two million square feet of office and retail space in New York City, much of it in the desirable Midtown South area. The company’s most recent project involved a conversion at 1460 Broadway.
