Meringoff Family Foundation

Stuart Post is the Executive Director of the Meringoff Family Foundation. Prior to joining the Foundation as Philanthropy Consultant in 2013, Stuart was the longtime Senior Program Officer at Brooklyn Community Foundation (2002-2012), where he oversaw the arts, human services, and workforce development portfolios. He previously worked as the Brooklyn Museum’s Special Events Manager (1995-2002) and as Public Programs Coordinator for Brooklyn Borough President Howard Golden (1988-1995).

Stuart is the Board Vice Chair of MOVE NYC and until February, 2020 was Board Chair of the Brooklyn Community Bail Fund; he is also an active volunteer at the DFTA Bill Payer Program (see photo!). Stuart lives in Brooklyn Heights and is a graduate of Brown University.
