BMS Family Health and Wellness Centers
BMS Family Health and Wellness Centers (BMS) serves the residents of Brownsville and East New York. With Gen 2 support from the Meringoff Foundation, BMS is implementing a comprehensive Healthy Steps early childhood intervention program which places a priority on the health and wellness of mothers and their children.
“Through Healthy Steps, BMS Family Health and Wellness Centers will be able to provide a dedicated patient navigator working to support our most vulnerable residents, children and parenting mothers, with the additional assistance needed to access and navigate social determinants of health services necessary to move closer to achieving health equity and overall improvements in health outcomes”
