Tech Kids Unlimited
Tech Kids Unlimited teaches computer science thinking and technology to students who learn differently. Participating teens and young adults focus on transition and career readiness skills. MFF funding supports two new programs: the College Access Program (CAP), which provides a supportive environment for high school students to explore college options and build college readiness skills; and Career Readiness Internship Summer Program (CRISP), which supports TKU college students in paid summer corporate internships.
"The technological skills students [like my son] are cultivating at TKU will help set them up for successful independent lives in the years to come, as will the tools for getting along socially in the larger professional world and the self-esteem they derive from all they accomplish at TKU."
